Logistics Support at Stena Recycling in Malmö
Are you a positive person who is passionate about service and wants to help develop our logistics department in Malmö? In this role, you will collaborate with our carriers, sales organization, and administration – becoming an important link in our business!
About the Position
As Logistics Support, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth logistics process for our customers and for Stena Recycling. You will handle logistics issues and support your colleagues in customer service, sales, and production with logistics-related questions in the region. You will also have contact with customers, assisting them with their inquiries while ensuring we deliver the best possible service. Furthermore, you will work to ensure accurate financial documentation, reporting, and follow up on any discrepancies.
Examples of Responsibilities in Your Role:
- Take ownership and drive improvement work within logistics
- Ensure quality and profitability in order and transport planning inbound
- Ensure that deliveries to larger and complex customers are executed correctly
- Proactively work to optimize logistics solutions for customers
- Ensure correct pricing against carriers and recipients according to agreements
- Complete transport assignments and manage any discrepancies
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, and you will be located at our branch in Malmö. The position is a temporary contract lasting from February 2026 to August 2027.

We are looking for someone who is organized, with the ability to keep track of details and structure your work in a systematic way. You are stable and enjoy working in a changing environment while maintaining calm and focus in pressured situations. You are responsible, take ownership of your tasks, and ensure they are completed with high quality. Additionally, you are a joy-bringer who contributes to a positive work environment through your engagement and ability to inspire and collaborate with others.
Qualifications
- High school education
- 1–3 years of experience in transport planning and/or logistics administration
- Familiar with working in Excel and analyzing data
- System savvy
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and very good English, both spoken and written.
Preferred:
- Experience in the recycling industry
- Education in logistics
